Ready to work together? Here’s everything you need to know about booking with Moments by LP.
The Process
1. Inquire
Fill out the contact form below (or email Lauren directly). Include your preferred session type, your ideal dates, and anything else that’s helpful context.
2. Consultation
For most sessions, Lauren offers a quick 15-minute call to make sure the session is a great fit — to talk about your goals, answer your questions, and confirm logistics.
3. Book & Reserve
Once you’re ready, a retainer fee and signed contract reserve your session date. Spots are limited, especially during peak season (October–April) and around mini session windows.
4. Prep
Lauren sends a full preparation guide tailored to your session type — what to wear, what to bring, where to meet, and how to make the most of your time together.
5. Your Session
Show up, relax, and trust the process. Lauren guides you naturally through the session so you never feel unsure or uncomfortable.
6. Your Gallery
Your finished gallery is delivered via a private online link within the timeframe specific to your session type. Download, share, and print.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book? For full sessions during peak season (October–April), 4–8 weeks in advance is ideal. Mini sessions are announced seasonally and fill quickly. Join the newsletter list for early access.
Do you travel outside of Boca Raton? Yes. Lauren photographs throughout Palm Beach County (Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach, Lake Worth) and Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Parkland). Travel fees may apply for sessions more than 30 miles from Boca Raton.
What happens if it rains? South Florida weather is unpredictable. Lauren monitors forecasts closely and will reach out proactively to reschedule if needed. There is no rescheduling fee for weather.
Can I bring my pets? Absolutely. Pets are family. Let Lauren know when you inquire so she can plan accordingly.
How many photos will I receive? This varies by session type. Full session galleries typically include 50–100+ edited images. Mini sessions include 15–25. Content Day galleries are larger by design.
Do you offer payment plans? Yes, for certain session types. Ask about payment plan options when you inquire.
